AUSTIN, TX, April 1, 2019 — YouEarnedIt/HighGround, the market’s leading HR engagement and performance SaaS company, today announced Paul Pellman as CEO of the combined organization effective immediately. YouEarnedIt’s co-founder and former CEO Autumn Manning will become an external advisor and chief evangelist where she will continue sharing the company vision while emphasizing the role engaged cultures play in driving unprecedented company performance.

Manning co-founded YouEarnedIt in 2013 to enable companies to drive a deep level of engagement with their employees and build outstanding cultures. While at the helm of YouEarnedIt, Manning grew the company to be a dominant force in the HR Tech industry and led the business through multiple strategic investments while creating the world’s most robust employee experience platform.

Paul Pellman is a seasoned sales and marketing operations leader and comes to YouEarnedIt/HighGround after spending the last four years at Google where he ran all go-to-market activities launched under the Google Analytics 360 umbrella. Before that, he led Adometry as CEO for seven years prior to its acquisition by Google. Prior to joining Adometry, he was President of Hoover’s, where he was responsible for all sales, marketing and operations initiatives, including customer acquisition and retention, research, strategy, product positioning, licensing, traffic-oriented business development and marketing communications. Paul holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Harvard University. As an experienced business leader, Paul’s background building and leading SaaS companies will be integral as YouEarnedIt/HighGround continues to scale its platform in the people management industry.
