Customer Success Manager

Role Summary

  • Seeking a Customer Success Manager (mid-level and senior) to support and provide tremendous value to our customers
  • Manage all stages of the customer relationship: customer onboarding & implementation, consulting, product training, and all post-implementation support
  • Provide red-carpet level of customer support & find creative solutions to customer requests – make our customers LOVE their WorkTango experience
  • Deliver and communicate customer ROI throughout the customer lifecycle

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience managing previous SaaS enterprise accounts
  • Advanced excel and data analysis, and data management skills
  • Loves people and building solid business relationships – passionate about helping our customers meet their goals
  • Proactive and strategic
  • Experience in project management
  • Background or experience in HR is preferred – the ability to understand and empathize with our customers is key
