Enhancements to Bulk Recognition

Three months ago, WorkTango launched Bulk Recognition to help platform admins easily schedule Bulk Recognitions to large numbers of employees at once. The Bulk Recognition feature allows admins to dynamically select recognition recipients, schedule delivery in advance, and customize the sender of the recognition to be their company, a senior leader, or any employee.

After launching Bulk Recognition however, we received feedback from a number of our customers that they wanted the ability to make individual Bulk Recognitions public or private. We take customer feedback seriously here at WorKTango, and so today’s October Product Release includes enhancements to the Bulk Recognition feature to make public individual Bulk Recognitions possible.

Automated Activity Emails

Employees must actively participate in an employee experience program in order for it to be effective. However, sometimes employees forget to log in or send recognition — and busy program administrators may lack the time to follow up with team members manually and encourage them to participate.

WorkTango’s new Automated Activity Emails help both admins and employees unlock the full potential of their Recognition program. With this new feature, admins can now send automated reminder emails to employees every 7, 14, or 30 days to encourage program participation. Admins just have to set the automated email rules once – and then WorkTango will automatically send activation emails as employees qualify for them.

Admin Navigation Design

WorkTango’s Recognition & Rewards vertical navigation bar streamlines administrator access to essential features and settings. With the October Release, WorkTango has reorganized the Admin Navigation contents into three primary sections (Admin Home, Modules, and Tools) to make navigating the platform more intuitive. Each section's navigation items dynamically display based on an organization’s purchased and enabled features.

Points Settings Page Enhancements

Many organizations today strive to create a company culture that enables employees to recognize and reward one another for great work. One way to support sending recognition to and from employees, supervisors, leadership, peers, or even cross-functionally, is through Employee Recognition software. Some organizations also choose to combine recognition with a points-based rewards system.

Easily adjust point redemption and giving balances.

Points-based rewards systems can be a powerful tool for driving employee motivation and engagement. WorkTango's newest updates to its Points Settings page will help platform administrators more easily adjust point redemption and giving balances, set suggested recognition amounts, and determine the cadence upon which points are refreshed (monthly or quarterly).
