AI Comment Summaries

Including open text questions in employee surveys is an effective way for organizations to solicit input and ensure every employee has a voice. Once gathered, these qualitative insights can influence HR programs and empower leaders and managers to understand, empathize, and take action to address any employee concerns or suggestions.

However, reviewing employee comments one by one can be time consuming, especially for large organizations with thousands of employees. To supplement data analysis of open text responses and help HR team members save time, WorkTango has launched an AI-driven comment summary feature.

WorkTango’s new AI Comment Summaries feature empowers Surveys & Insights customers to generate a summary of all employee comments from a specific survey. AI also generates the three most common themes from positive comments, and the three most common themes from negative employee comments. It also generates Recommended Actions pulled from the survey comments that an organization can review and potentially build into a future Action Plan.

WorkTango is hard at work on additional generative AI features, so stay tuned for even more innovation in this area in the coming months.

User Management Column Selector

Most modern organizations utilize some sort of HRIS in addition to an Employee Recognition & Rewards platform. Ensuring that WorkTango always remains up-to-date with the latest HRIS data is critical to ensuring a smooth administrator and employee user experience. Yet HRIS platforms contain vast arrays of data, and not all fields are relevant to the employee experience.

WorkTango’s new User Management Column Selector feature within the Recognition & Rewards platform enables administrators to choose which columns of data display on their user management page within the platform. This allows admins to customize their platform experience and view only the most relevant data to their needs. After all, time spent in the platform is better spent on recognizing and rewarding employees, rather than on tedious administrative tasks.

Company Activity Dashboard Widget

An essential part of optimizing any organization’s employee experience program is understanding current employee engagement trends and activity, and how participation varies across different groups and teams. WorkTango’s Recognition & Rewards platform provides a number of dashboards populated with data to help managers and leaders understand which departments are most active within the platform, and if any employees are particularly engaged.

Included in the August Release was a new dashboard highlighting top contributors within the platform based on total actions completed the previous month at an individual level, and at a departmental level. This new Company Activity Dashboard Widget is embedded within the admin page and summarizes data from the previous completed month, allowing admins to view top performing individuals and departments at a glance. If admins are interested in diving deeper into activity trends or slicing data by different groupings, they can access full activity reports within embedded links on the Company Activity Dashboard Widget.
