In the rush to transition to our new workplace reality, most people are coming from the framework and mindset to “return” to work. Honestly, any return is looking backwards. What if you chose to “reset” instead? How can you, and your organization, move forward and not fall back?
Join us on June 24th at 1:00 PM for this interactive webcast as we host Steve Browne, Chief People Officer of LaRosa’s, Inc., as he takes us through tangible ways to reset. He will be giving methods that will include:
- Resetting yourself personally and professionally
- Continue leading from your HR vantage point
- Shepherding your people for a successful transition so they can perform, not just return
- A design approach to reframing the approach to work, leadership and organizational design
These are theories or concepts that are blue-sky ideas. You’ll learn about how Steve is leading a reset even now using these approaches and tactics. We hope you join in to hear a fresh, unique and engaging webcast!!
