Despite the fact that there’s been a 44% increase in remote work in the last 5 years, the reality is that most companies and leaders are not equipped to navigate the rapidly changing circumstances they are facing today. Leaders are forced to create new rules and adapt to the norms of how things work in the office with little to no guidance. HR professionals are in a unique position to enable these (often newly remote themselves) leaders to lead their teams in a more effective way during these difficult times.
